RAT (Rodent) Management
Rats and bandicoots are clever, and they learn fast. Put the same poison in the same place twice and they will often walk straight past it. That's why we don't just leave a few baits and go. We work out how they are getting in, which routes they use and where they are nesting, and then deal with all three.
When it comes to protecting your home or business from the threat of rodents, our rat management services are second to none. Rodents like rats can pose serious health risks and cause significant damage to property if left unchecked. That's why our expert team utilizes a comprehensive approach to rat management, employing a combination of advanced trapping techniques, strategic baiting stations, and exclusion methods to effectively eliminate existing rat populations and prevent future infestations. Say goodbye to rats and hello to peace of mind with our professional rat management services.

What's included
- Tamper-proof bait station network
- Entry point & conduit exclusion sealing
- Live traps & anticoagulant baits
- Food contamination prevention
Signs to look out for
- Dark droppings near food, in kitchen drawers or along the walls of store rooms
- Gnaw marks on wires, plastic pipes, door edges and food packets
- Scratching or running sounds in the false ceiling, especially at night
- Greasy smudge marks along walls and skirting where they travel every day
- Burrows near the compound wall or garden, and shredded paper or cloth used for nests
Why it shouldn't wait
Rodents spoil far more food than they actually eat, and their urine and droppings carry diseases like leptospirosis, which is common after heavy rains. In offices and warehouses, chewed cables are a real fire risk and a frequent cause of unexplained equipment failures. For food businesses, a single sighting during an inspection can mean a failed audit.

Common questions about rodent control
Will dead rats be left inside my walls?
It can happen with any baiting programme, which is why we combine baits with traps and sealing of entry points. If you notice a smell, call us and we'll help you find and remove it.
Are bait stations safe around children and pets?
We use locked, tamper-resistant stations designed so that only rodents can reach the bait inside. We still place them away from play areas and the places your pets spend time.
Do you offer regular service for restaurants and warehouses?
Yes. Most of our commercial clients are on a contract with scheduled visits, bait station checks and a service record they can show during audits.
