Cockroaches Management Control
Most people try sprays first. The cockroaches scatter, disappear for a week, and then come back in bigger numbers. Sprays only reach the ones you can see. Our gel treatment works differently: cockroaches eat it, go back to their hiding spots and pass it on to the rest of the group, including the ones you never see.
Cockroaches are not just a nuisance; they pose a significant threat to health and hygiene in homes and businesses alike. Our cockroach management control services offer a comprehensive solution to rid your property of these resilient pests once and for all. Using a combination of targeted treatments, advanced baiting systems, and thorough inspection methods, our expert team ensures effective elimination of existing cockroach populations while preventing future infestations.

Why it shouldn't wait
Cockroaches move between drains, dustbins and your kitchen counter, picking up bacteria along the way. They are linked to food poisoning and are a well-known trigger for asthma and allergies, especially in children. German cockroaches breed very quickly, so a small problem in March can be a serious one by June.
How we treat it
- 01
Micro-dot gel application behind hinges, appliances and electrical conduits
- 02
Drain and trap treatment
Before we arrive
- Wipe down the kitchen counters and clear the area under the sink
- No need to empty your cupboards for a gel treatment
- Avoid using cockroach spray for a few days before our visit, as it keeps them away from the gel
- Tell us if you have small children or pets so we can plan where the gel goes
After the treatment
- Don't wipe off the small gel dots. They look like tiny brown spots
- You may see more cockroaches for a few days. That's normal and means the gel is working
- Don't spray insecticide in the kitchen, since it contaminates the gel
- Keep drain covers closed and don't leave dishes in the sink overnight
Common questions about cockroach control
Does the gel smell?
No. It's odourless, and you can use your kitchen as usual straight after the treatment.
How soon will I see results?
Most homes see a clear drop within one to two weeks. Heavy infestations may need a follow-up visit, which we plan as part of the treatment.
Is it safe near food?
Yes. The gel is applied as tiny dots inside cracks and hinges, away from the surfaces where food is prepared.
