Pre & Post Construction
Construction Pest Control
The cheapest time to protect a building from termites is before it's built. Once the floor is laid, the soil underneath can only be reached by drilling. During construction, we treat the soil at each stage so the building sits inside a chemical barrier from day one.
Construction sites are vulnerable to pest infestations, posing potential risks to workers, materials, and the integrity of the structure. Our construction pest management control services are specifically tailored to address these challenges, ensuring a pest-free environment throughout the building process. With our expertise in pest prevention and eradication, we implement proactive measures to eliminate existing pest populations and prevent future infestations. From termite treatment during pre-construction to rodent exclusion measures and ongoing monitoring during building phases, we work closely with construction teams to safeguard the project from pest-related disruptions and damage. Say goodbye to pest-related setbacks and hello to a smooth, pest-free construction process with our professional construction pest management control services.

What's included
- Foundation trench chemical barrier
- Under-slab soil emulsion treatment
- Plinth & perimeter masonry barrier
- Official 5 to 10-Year builder warranty
When to book us
- Before the foundation trenches are excavated
- When the plinth is being backfilled, before the floor goes in
- Before the floor gravel and PCC bed are laid
- When the building is complete and the outer perimeter is ready
- Any time you see termite activity on site timber or stored materials
Why it shouldn't wait
Termite damage in a new building is expensive and frustrating to fix. It shows up in door frames, kitchen cabinets and wardrobes within a few years, and by then the only fix is drilling through finished floors. Many buyers and banks also ask for proof of pre-construction anti-termite treatment.

Common questions about construction pest control
At which stages do you treat?
We treat the bottom and sides of the foundation trenches, the backfill soil around the foundation, the soil under the floor before the gravel bed is laid, and finally the outer perimeter of the building.
Do you provide a certificate?
Yes. You get a treatment certificate and warranty that you can share with buyers, banks or your own client.
Can you treat a building that is already finished?
Yes. Post-construction treatment means drilling along the walls and floors to inject termiticide into the soil. It works well, but treating during construction is simpler and more thorough.
